Binyamin Invest is a privately held company and one of the fastest-growing investment firms in the Georgian market.
Binyamin Investment Management Fund has over 20 years of experience in global markets. Our journey started in Israel and successfully expanded into the European Union, specifically Spain, in 2012. Our goal was to broaden our interests in real estate and tourism. In 2018, we successfully ventured into an emerging market, Georgia, as a future opportunity, and by 2022, we had actively entered Georgia’s real estate development sector.
Up to ten different projects, including residential, commercial, mixed-use, and hospitality sectors. The company’s progress is driven by the presence of a highly qualified team of specialists, supported by successfully completed projects both within and outside the company. Their expertise spans fields such as banking and finance, investments, hospitality, construction, and international law.
What makes Binyamin stand out in the market? It is important to note that it upholds the highest standards of exclusivity and confidentiality. Over the years, we have maintained a personalized approach with all of our partners, tailoring every strategy to their specific needs. The support from global institutions such as the EBRD, ADB, and the United States strengthens Georgia’s economy and helps develop infrastructure projects, turning the country into a regional hub between Asia and Europe. An emerging market like Georgia offers plenty of opportunities. All our partner countries, such as the UK, Ukraine, China, the Middle East, Israel, Spain, and Italy, along with investors from these markets, have a huge interest in our country. We know that international financial institutions like the ADB, EBRD, and definitely the United States contribute significantly to local infrastructure projects in Georgia, such as highways, railways, and other major developments, which are crucial for our economy. We are able to leverage all these developments and international projects to enhance our strategies.

Our Story
Gavriel Biniashvili, founder of the privately owned investment company “Binyamin,” has deep family roots in Georgia. Most of his immediate ancestors lived in the Sachkhere municipality of the Imereti region during the 1980s and 1990s.
Despite moving to Israel at just one year old, Gabriel grew up immersed in Georgian values and love, fostered by his parents in their daily lives. This connection to his heritage runs deep, as evidenced by the prominent roles of his ancestors within the Georgian Jewish community.
Gabriel’s grandfather, Eliyahu Biniashvili, and his uncles, Rabbi Sheftai Biniashvili and Rabbi Abraham Biniashvili, were all included among the 100 most distinguished Georgian Jews. Rabbi Sheftai served as the rabbi of Sachkhere, while Rabbi Abraham held the roles of mohel (ritual circumciser) and shohet (ritual slaughterer) for the community. Eliyahu Biniashvili provided spiritual guidance and leadership.
Even after the family’s return to Israel, settling in Netanya, Nahariya, and Beersheba, the Biniashvilis continued this legacy. Under the leadership of Eliyahu and Shimshon Biniashvili (assumed to be another relative), they established shrines to honor their ancestors’ path and ensure its continuation.
Inspired by this rich heritage and his fond memories, Gabriel feels a strong connection to Georgia and has chosen to focus his significant investment activities there.
